    The location is convenient! The room had a nice city view that brightened my morning. Staff seemed eager to help with any issue. Bonus points for the clean bed and decent Wi-Fi.

    The hotel of choice in Memphis. Quiet venue with quiet atmosphere and amicable staff. Absolutely perfect location close to a railroad track, easy to get anywhere. And adjacent to Memphis, TX.     I was almost tempted to give this place a good review, but then I saw a cockroach on the back of my pillow, not to mention the awful smell of the room, just lovely. I also expected at least a courtesy upgrade for my troubles, but it seems special treatment is reserved for others, how quaint.

    The location allows for easy access off the freeway. The room left much to be desired. There was no hot water, and the shower drain was clogged. Cleanliness was a concern as the towels looked worn, detracting from an overall decent appearance.
